What are the monthly pooled usage credits for?
Every plan includes pooled credits ($10 on Grow, $25 on Pro, $50 on Elite) that flexibly cover SMS, email, AI messages, AI voice minutes, and workflow executions. You are not locked into a fixed allotment per channel - the credit pool covers whichever mix your business actually uses.
What happens if I go over my monthly credits?
Usage beyond your pooled credits bills at the per-unit rate for your plan (see the usage rate table above). Rates decrease as your plan level increases, so Pro and Elite accounts pay less per SMS, email, AI message, and voice minute than Grow.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move between Grow, Pro, and Elite as your business grows. We recommend starting with the plan that matches your current call and message volume, then upgrading once you can see real usage data.
Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
Plans are billed monthly or yearly (yearly saves two months). Reach out through the contact page to discuss term length and cancellation before signing up so there are no surprises.
Do website, drone, or social media services cost extra?
Yes. The pricing on this page covers the CoastaFlow software platform - CRM, AI receptionist, automation, and related tools. Website design, drone media production, and social media management are scoped and priced separately based on project needs.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
All plans include a free 30-minute onboarding consultation. Elite includes premium onboarding and monthly optimization support. If your business needs a more hands-on implementation, that is scoped separately as an agency service.
What is the AI Employee add-on?
The AI Employee is an add-on that handles AI-powered chat and lead qualification. It is $297/month on Grow and Pro, and included at no extra cost on Elite.
