Who actually performs the audit?
Our team at Coastal Solutions Media, led by founder Brian Pierce. We use automated tools to gather speed, technical, and visibility data quickly, then review your search presence, profile, website, and lead response by hand. The findings and the walkthrough call come from people who build these systems, not from a generated report.
How long does it take to receive my audit?
Typically within a few business days of confirming your request, though it depends on how many audits are in progress and how much data you share. We confirm the expected timing when we reach out after your request, and we schedule the walkthrough call once the findings are ready.
Will you call or test my business as part of the audit?
Only with your permission. Testing how a call or form is handled is one of the most useful parts of the review, because it shows what a new customer actually experiences. We agree on what we will test, and when, during the confirmation step.
Do you guarantee results if I act on the recommendations?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, AI citations, or a number of leads, since search engines and buyer behavior are outside anyone’s control. What we can do is show you where the clearest gaps are and explain why we think fixing them in a certain order is likely to help.
Do I have to be in the Lowcountry?
No. We are based in Hardeeville, SC and know the Hilton Head, Bluffton, Beaufort, and Savannah markets well, but the audit is done remotely, so we work with businesses nationwide. For businesses outside our region, we focus the local search review on your own towns and competitors.
Will you pressure me to sign up for something?
No. The walkthrough call is for going over findings. If you ask what working with us would look like, we will tell you. If you would rather take the list and handle it yourself or with someone else, that is a perfectly good outcome for a free audit.
What kinds of businesses is the audit best suited for?
Local and regional businesses that depend on calls, forms, and bookings: home service trades, contractors, healthcare and wellness practices, professional services, real estate, and hospitality. If most of your customers find you through Google and contact you directly, the six areas we review apply to you.
