The Short Version

CoastaClaw, the AI operations layer from Coastal Solutions Media, is now called Coasta Agent OS. Its home on our site is the Coasta Agent OS product page. The old /CoastaClaw address redirects there permanently, so any bookmark, email, or post that links to the old name still lands in the right place.

If you have seen both names in our materials, on social profiles, or in search results, they refer to the same product line. We are updating our own profiles to the new name; older posts may still mention CoastaClaw for a while.

What Coasta Agent OS Does

Coasta Agent OS is designed to execute operational work that lives outside the CRM. The areas it is built around:

  • Scheduling and dispatch: coordinating appointments, job assignments, and resource allocation
  • Workflow execution: running multi-step processes with defined rules and timing
  • Invoicing and payments: generating invoices, tracking payment status, and following up on balances
  • Compliance and documentation: tracking license renewals, insurance deadlines, and recurring paperwork
  • System alignment: keeping connected tools such as the CRM, calendar, phone system, and accounting stack in sync
  • Operational reporting: turning daily execution into a decision-ready view

It runs on the Hermes Agent runtime, an open agent framework from Nous Research, with modular skills, tool integrations, persistent memory, and scheduled jobs. What it can do in a given business depends on the tools it is connected to and the rules configured for it, and people stay responsible for reviewing its work.

How It Relates to CoastaFlow

The two products cover different parts of the same customer journey:

Many businesses only need CoastaFlow. Coasta Agent OS makes sense when the front door is working and the back-office workload is what holds the team back. What This Means for You

  • If you bookmarked the old page: nothing to do. The old address redirects.
  • If you linked to us from your own site: the old link keeps working, but updating it to /coasta-agent-os saves visitors a redirect.
  • If you are evaluating it: plan options and setup are listed on the Coasta Agent OS page. To see where it would fit in your operation, read about AI that builds your business or contact us.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Is Coasta Agent OS the same product as CoastaClaw?

Yes. CoastaClaw is the former name of Coasta Agent OS, the AI operations layer from Coastal Solutions Media. The old /CoastaClaw web address redirects permanently to the new Coasta Agent OS page.

What is the difference between Coasta Agent OS and CoastaFlow?

CoastaFlow is the CRM and AI front desk that captures leads, answers calls, and runs follow-up. Coasta Agent OS takes on operational tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, compliance, and reporting, connected to the tools a business already uses.

Do I need Coasta Agent OS to use CoastaFlow?

No. CoastaFlow works on its own, and most service businesses start there. Coasta Agent OS is added when operational workload, rather than lead handling, is the bottleneck.
