Hermes Agent is an open-source AI agent platform from Nous Research. Where a standard chatbot answers one question and exits, Hermes Agent runs as a persistent operational worker: it maintains long-running context, calls external tools across a library of sixteen toolsets, schedules background work through a built-in cron scheduler, and composes reusable procedures called skills into complete business workflows. CoastaClaw is the field-service and trades operations layer deployed on top of that runtime.
Because CoastaClaw inherits the Hermes architecture, every deployment benefits from structured memory, tool calling into your CRM, phone, calendar, and accounting stack, and unattended cron jobs for renewals, follow-ups, and compliance checks.
